F1 Rocks™ have announced they are to host two nights of their F1 Rocks™ The Afterparty during the weekend of the inaugural 2011 Formula 1 Airtel Grand Prix of India, which will take place in Delhi from October 28-30.
The first of the star-studded parties will take place on the Friday night at the Crowne Plaza and feature renowned electronic house DJ Seb Fontaine and the ever-popular Cuban Brothers. The second Afterparty will be held at Durbar Hall on the Sunday evening after the Indian race. Eighties legend Boy George and Virgin reserve driver Sakon Yamamoto are both expected to take a turn on the decks.

Following a strong start to the 2011 Formula Renault 3.5 Series season, Canada's Robert Wickens has been signed to Virgin's 2011 F1 reserve driver roster, joining Sakon Yamamoto in the team's young driver programme.
Thanks to Wicken's commanding performances so far this season, the 2010 GP3 Series runner-up is now second in the championship with four podiums - including one win - and three poles to his credit from the first four rounds of the pan-European 'World Series by Renault'
Virgin have announced Sakon Yamamoto will be the team's reserve driver for the first three Grands Prix of the season. Although Yamamoto isn't expected to enjoy any on-track practice action at the Australian, Malaysian and Chinese rounds, he will be present at all three events to assist the team's race drivers Timo Glock and Jerome D'Ambrosio.
